He has over two decades of experience in liaising with people and also provides guidance to the sales and business development teams in generating new leads and exploring new markets. His emphasis remains on client acquisition, comprehending the client’s requirement and ensuring each is met with the best product/service offerings. He is also responsible for continuously creating new sales channels and helping the team understand how to develop fruitful associations with clients.

Group Captain Munish Sharma, a Six Sigma qualified Indian Air Force Veteran with well over three decades of experience in leadership roles in IAF, brings a wealth of expertise. Reporting to the managing partner, he is well-known for his collaborative leadership style and driving initiatives that foster a positive work culture. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with the best industry practices and compliance standards. A dynamic leader, he is to be credited for a strategic approach to optimizing contractual agreements while mitigating risks. He holds a comprehensive understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance, ensuring that all contractual arrangements align with the company's objectives.

Mr. Naveen Arora is the Director (Procurement) at Kunta. Holding a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, he has over three decades of experience in the IT Infrastructure industry. He has been with Kunta International LLP in the capacity of one of the directors since the organisation’s inception. He was later appointed as President (procurement) in the year 2014. In addition to being the head of procurements, he looks after upgradation of the overall asset portfolio, maintenance of supply chain, utilisation, repairs, and refurbishment of machineries. He is also involved in the capex planning for new and existing project sites as well as reconciliation of existing assets.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar Pandey has more than two decades of experience in the field of civil engineering. His core competencies lie in working at various levels of the project such as coordination, planning, monitoring, controlling, inspection, engineering, execution, installation and commissioning of civil construction work in varied projects across industries. It is his constant endeavour to ensure each deliverable is executed timely and to the satisfaction of the client.

Mr. Lakshmish Kant Sharma is the Chief Financial and Legal Advisor at Kunta International LLP. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legislative Law (LLB). He has more than four decades of experience in the field of accounts and finance. He is responsible for, inter alia, evaluating optimum financing options, building financial models, financial research and analysis as well as evolving Kunta’s financial strategy including negotiation of transactions & policy implementation.

Ms. Vibha Sharma is the company secretary and compliance officer at Kunta International LLP. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Bachelor of Laws (LLB). She has over ten years of experience as a company secretary. She is responsible for coordination of meetings of the board and shareholders of the organisation, alliance with new companies, secretarial work, and liaising with the statutory and regulatory authorities.
